Who's next?

As Obama and now Pelosi have been compared to the Fuhrer I wonder who the rightwing activists will attack next and say that they are also the German dictator. Here is a list of top Democrats who might come next, and precisely why it would be dumb to say this.

• Senator Harry Reid - The last time I checked Senator Reid didn't annex Poland.


• Rep. Barney Frank - Well... well he's Jewish, people.


• Rep. Dennis Kucinich - While he is short and weird looking I don't think he'd ever be able to grow facial hair, let alone that moustache.


• Senator Bernie Sanders - He's a democratic socialist... and a lot of people seem to think that for some reason this equates to fascism.


• John Edwards - He does not own a bunker, and also loves himself far too much to ever engage in a suicide pact.


• Hillary Clinton - Hillary doesn't seems like she would attack Russia during the Winter... she seems more like a Spring gal.
  

I really wish Hitler's moustache wasn't so easy to draw on people... if he had a normal moustache I bet you these comparisons wouldn't be happening right now.

Pelosi

According to CNN today:

WASHINGTON (CNN) — The National Republican Congressional Committee has removed a tweet Tuesday that linked to a video comparing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with Adolf Hitler.

Yep. Here they go again.

I don't know how to tell these people that Obama and Pelosi both can't be Hitler. During World War II Germany wasn't made up of a government full of Hitler clones... there were different people in the government. I hate that they compare her to Hitler, but if they're going to hit hard they're fucking it up and watering it down... at least make the argument that Pelosi is Von Ribbentrop. But then again most people who believe this shit would never take the time to learn who that is.

But they know the common conception when you show Hitler's image is:

Also, why would you make a poster saying that the president deserves impeachment and then paint a hitler moustache on him. Hitler was never impeached. Nixon almost was. Clinton was. Putting Hitler on this poster is like advertising Chipotle by saying "Buy a burrito from Chipotle!" but then have a picture of a BigMac.
